Josh Poirier is a fully licensed CPA with over 10 years of experience in sports, hospitality, and public accounting. In his career, he oversaw accounting operations, compliance, tax planning, and financial reporting, while enhancing systems and processes. Previously, Josh held leadership roles at Formula 1, Switch, Diamond Resorts, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Committed to community service, he has taught financial literacy through local organizations. He holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration.
Meet Kar, Partner
Kar Tse is a fully licensed CPA (CA-127411) and CMA (ID: 54798) with over 10 years of experience in retail, cloud and AI industries. Having demonstrated expertise in financial planning, cost optimization, and operational efficiencies, he has a strong background in managing million dollar businesses, driving revenue growth, profitability, and business development. Kar has previously served at Amazon Web Services, Zappos.com and an AI data center start-up. He holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a dual minor in Mathematics and Business Management.
